I think I have a valve spring getting lose in my 96 z28 can I fix it without droping the motor or can I just take the covers off and tighten them or how much would it cost in a shop I just bought it two weeks ago I live in Ontario California. It started making a clicking noise my oil psi stays around 20 I sucks that I just got it and just to drop the motor is 1000 what price is food
