testing my cadillac

my cadillac is misfiring if i have it tested at auto zone will it tell me what cylinder is misfiring and if its a plug, wire, or coil?

It may bring up a specific cylinder that is misfiring, or it may bring up a random misfire code(p0300), and no it wont tell you what compontent is causing it, thats were a mechanic comes in, to diagnose the cause, if the scanner told you what exactly the problem is, every mechanic and myself would be out of a job.
