Car won't start when the engine is warm.

My 1996 Cadillac Seville sts. Won’t start when the outside temp reaches 75 degrees or higher. If the car is being driven when the out temp goes past 75 degrees, it will start running rough. If you turn the car off, it won’t restart until outside temp goes down to around 72 degrees and lower. No warning lights or indicators read out. The temp gauge read normal operations. Is there a sensor or something that’s reading the out temp as the car is overheating and shutting it down?

There is an outside temp sensor, but it has no effect other than on the HVAC system. If you can determine the cause for the no start, you will probably resolve the rough run. When it won't start, check for spark at 1 or more plugs, and also check fuel pressure. It is a bit peculiar that it will start to run rough as the temperature outside reaches 75, as the vehicle would be at operating temperature. I am assuming when it don't start, it cranks and does not start.
