Will not crank or start

Hi there my is Duane, my car will not crank or start. i just changed the starter and it still will not do anything. i would like to know what is the problem?

Do you have power to everything else? Also, check the main fuses under the hood. I attached a diagram of the unit. Check the last one on the list.

its not the fuses i just checked it again so could it be my ignition

yes the lights and everything come on but it just wont start and i wanna noe wats going on before i start school again

It could be the ignition switch or neutral safety. Here is the starter wiring diagram and a guide to help you do some simple testing to see where you are losing power. Is the security light flashing?
