How do I make my radiator fans come on?

They have stopped working and have been tested to make sure the motors are good. The relay switches are good. Replaced heat sensor switch. What is next? Thank you.

so if you turn on AC they dont come on?

Yes, they do not come on when ac is turned on. Where exactly is the fan switch?

so you checked all relay box fuses? the switch is in the PCM.
