Only one speed on A/C fan

96 buick lasabre 3.8. Only one fan speed on the A/C. Is there a separate high speed circuit that could be at fault or is it in the head unit. If in a circuit where do I find it.

Speed high? if yes replace blower motor resistor located engine compartment in blower assembly
