how to replace the Rear bumber on a 96 acura tl??

A few months ago my car was involved in a hit and run outside my apartments. sucks right? i have attached a image of the damage. now if i go to a junkyard and find a bumper will replacing it be as easy as unscrewing and popping a new one back in? im not worried about the taillight as i can replace that with ease.

does the process only require locating the screws, removing them and taking off the bumper? and reverse order to put on the new one?
