how to take down the the gas tankto replace the fule pump to a 1996 acura 3.5rl 6cylinder two wheel drive?

There is a panel under the rear seat no need to remove the gas tank just make sure the tank is at least 3/4 of a tank or less.
Fuel Pump Replacement
WARNING: Do not smoke while working on fuel system. Keep open flames away from your work area.
1. Remove the rear seat cushion.
2. Remove the access panel from the floor.
3. Disconnect the 2P connector from the fuel pump.
4. Remove the fuel pump mounting nuts.
5. Remove the fuel pump from the fuel tank.
6. Install parts in the reverse order of removal.
