NOTE :

The work is carried out inside the car.
A new type of blower motor has been developed. As a result, the blower motor cover must be modified when replacing the unit. See: Blower Motor Cover Modification

Removal

Disconnect battery ground lead.




Remove, on right-hand side:

soundproofing panel under glove box
glove box.




Disconnect positive terminal strip and bracket on blower housing.
Remove:

connector
blower motor.

Installation




Install:

rubber gasket around blower housing
blower motor in housing.

Reconnect:

blower motor connector
positive terminal strip on blower housing
battery ground lead.

Check blower operation at all speeds.
Install glove box and soundproofing panel.
