When I make a turn the rear driver side wheel sounds like it is grinding and when I drive straight ahead it makes a whirling and howling noise. The inside metal is getting so hot that it is smoking and when I poured some water it was so hot that the water evaporated. It just started this after I pressure washed the wheels and rims.
