I have a 1995 Toyota Tacoma that will not go into 4x4. It worked all along until recently. The shifter moves freely and I can hear things clicking like it is trying to engage but it will not go in. I tried tapping on the front diff with a hammer and it did go in once but now it will not no matter if I tap on it or not. Any ideas?
