For some reason the a/c only blows on low. When switched to medium and high it turns off. I heard it has to do with something with the a/c chip ?,

That's most likely a bad Blower Motor resister. It's located under the dash on the passenger side, next to the blower motor.

also i am not sure it is the blow motor resister that is the problem. because it stopped working when i was forcing the switch to move to the MEDIUM because it was STUCK. so now it only works on LOW

ok. because i know that the resistor is fine if the LOW and MEDIUM are working properly.

Don't be so sure-you must have broke the blower switch, now you need to have it troubleshoot professionally as mentioned by Doc WrenchTech
