whats wrong with my car?

Car died while driving. Prior to dieing car would not idel well. feul pump would not turn on when key is turned to on. jumped FP and B+ feul pump comes on but car still won't start. ???

Make sure the fuel pump is producing enough pressure to run the engine. It sounds like the pump is bad.

That could be but even if the pressure is low shouldn't the pump turn on without jumping B+ and FP?

You're right. It should regardless. Unless the auto shut down is engaged (in case of an accident). Check to see if there is no spark. Since it still won't start when you engage the pump, something tells me there is no spark either.

As you guessed there is no spark from the plugs. Now I am really confussed. No spark and feul pump will not turn on unless FP and B+ are jumped.

As you suspected there is no spark. Now I am baffled as the car was working and in one second no spark and feul pump doesn't come on. I can see one of these things going wrong but both at the same time?

Thanks for your help so far I can't seem to find the ASD and when I do find it can I reset it.

I just spent 30 minutes looking through wiring schematics and can't locate it. Check in the relay block to see if there is one for the ASD.
