#4 injector not pulsing,stays hot all the time?

#4 injector not pulsing,stays hot all the time. Put new injector,used pcm.white smoke from tailpipe. Bad gas smell. Noid light is very bright and does not pulse

Have you checked for a possible ground issue or a short to power?

Yes, because the fuel injector has power all the time and the PCM uses the ground circuit to pulse the fuel injector. It sounds like you have a bad ground for the PCm, here is a guide to help you test the grounds and the PCM wiring diagram so you can see how the system works and where the grounds are.
