Replaced the water pump camshafts moved realigned notches put it back together tried to start kept cranking didn't fire over

re check your timing. it sounds like you are off timing.

re:ASEMaster6371 Thank you. You were right. I used the wrong crankshaft mark. Used the pulley notch first time. But there is a mark behind the gear that i needed to use.

the tensioner has a spring to tension the timing belt. if you are this far, replace it now so it gets the proper attention.
