Is your temp gauge say it's getting warm?I would check and make sure both upper and lower radiator hose's are getting hot and that both your heater hose's are getting hot about the same temp and that your blend door is moving as you side the temp lever from cold to hot.

the hoses are getting warm but the antifreese is heating over and comeing out of the reservor

I only responded to this post once if you posted your question more then once and i answered it on another question that's your fault your suppose to post your question once and wait for a response.We answer over 10,000 question's a month so if you post your question more then once then that take's away from someone else that could have been helped.You said your coolant is over flowing over the cap what temp does your temp gauge read when this happens?You could just have a bad cap.The heater hose's should be getting really hot.Are both your radiator hose's getting hot?Did you also check your heater hose's going into your heater core they should both be hot as well.You only said hose's so i wasn't sure which one's your talking about.
