1995 Saturn SC1 starting and idling

when i start my vehicle for the first time or after a few hours of not running it stalls out one or two times before it finally idles. Another problem is idling, it does not idle steady it bounces about 300 rpms up or down and when i give it gas it will drop about the same amount then it will go back up but only when i give it gas. i've changed out the tps and the coolaint temp sensor that runs to the computer. plz help
