95 pontiac trans am 5.7, automatic, t-tops, 2-door

I have a pontiac trans am, 5.7, automatic, was wondering, their is tick noise coming from the driver side motor, it comes and goes, used to never come unless i beat on car, but then got oil change came back, about 2 or 3 months later, i thought it was a overfill on oil or not enoufe, but the oil is clean and full, now the noise is back i changed the oil it wont go away, it sounds almost like a rod knock but its not getting louder or anything, i know its not a rod,the noise comes when the car gets warm, stays away when its cold, i took it to every garage around town, every single one told me diffrent ive been told it was the rod from one the piston and rings from one , the crankshaft, camshaft from one, the flywheel from one, the lifter from one, just everything diffrent, so i really need to find out what it is, so im not wasting almost 1000 just to get it fixed and it not even solve my problem,
