it starts up fine but as soon as i drive it about 7 miles up the road it starts starving for gas i keep slamming the gas pedal but that did not work but if i wait a day it starts of fine again till i go another 7 mile or less what do u think it is before i waste money on a part

Do you have a check engine light? Start by checking the fuel pressure if its within specs with a gauge-

Check on the fuel rail for a fuel test port looks like a tire valve-the pressure should be 48 psi
