I have a 1995 olds silhouette. The windshield wipers work on high only, but not low or intermittent. Also, the windshield squirters have stopped working. All are controlled off the same switch assembly on the dashboard. Is the switch bad, or could the problems lie elsewhere?

Note the diagram, check for voltage. Low speed--dark green or gray wire is low speed voltage. Turn on key, wipers on low. If voltage on that circuit, possible issue with wiper module. You can also check ground, that is a black wire.

Use a voltage tester.
