Where is the Automatic Transmission Control Solenoid located on this vehicle?

When I drive, I only reach a speed of 30 mph and the automatic gears will not shift. Its an automatic with overdrive. I'm trying to locate the Control Solenoid?

The PCM (powertrain control module) is what controls shifting. Is that what you are refering to? The PCM is located under the right side of the dash behind the convenience center.
