I have a 95 olds ciera it is not running pulled the code and what came up is EGR3 what does that mean? What needs to be replaced?

Get a repair manual find the EGR valve and clean it out and see what happens

Sorry! Overlooked it-is it cranking over and w/n start or just won't crank over at all/nothing when you turn key to cranking-we start here-let me know
