1995 olds aurora every time the car gets washed by a commercial car wash...the vehicle won't start for several day's ...after shutting the car off. Can't figure out the problem?

The high pressure spray is finding its way into your wiring somewhere. You'll have to examine all of the wiring/connectors to the sensors in your engine compartment, including the fuse/relay box.

Also, you didn't say if the start turns the engine or not during your no start. How you proceed depends on the answer. If you want, you can have the car washed and then pop the hood and look for where the water is getting into the engine compartment. Don't forget the bottom of the car.

If starter does not engage, suspect starter solenoid/wires. If it does, suspect engine sensors/wiring/connectors. The CKP is located towards the bottom of the engine and I've seen instances of burned wires. When water gets on them they short and can't give the computer the correct data. This'll prevent the engine from starting.
