Can you provide a wiring diagram of the circuts controlled by Quad Drive Module 1 ?

This car runs very poorly. Rough idle extremely poor acceleration and misfire.

Replaced spark plugs and ignition wires. Replaced fuel filter and checked fuel pressure, 41 psi.

Attached scan tool & got 2 codes: 341 intermitent cam sensor / 640 QDM 1 fault. have cleared them several times and keep getting these 2 codes.

I replaced the cam sensor. No improvement.

I checked the ignition coils for resistance and had approx 6800 ohms on all 3. I checked the voltage to the coils on the ICM pins all have 3 are getting battery voltage with key on. I cleaned the mounting surfaces on the ICM and the plate it mounts to on the engine. I need to know the outputs of QDM 1 so I can make sure I don't have a shorted componet or wires before I attempt to replace the ECM.

Note: Problem seems to get worse as engine temp rises.

Please provide wiring diagram if possible. Include any additional advice you think would help me out.
