1995 Oldsmobile 88 obd problem

I'm trying to figure out if my 95 olds is obd 1or two. My obd port is the same as obd 2 but I hook up 3 different obd scan tools and all say link error or no read at all. I did not use the jump wire being that it has the same port as obd 2. It is a 95 so does this obd 2 look alike port work the same as obd 1???
