regarding your reply you are right. is this related to the engine performance which i heard a fuel knocking in the cylinder? or is there anymore possible causes?

The device appears to be the compressor bypass. It can be confirmed if it connects to compressor inlet or inlet tube.

Knocking is an indication of a bearing problem. "Pinging" would be insuffecient octane, excessive boost, excessive timing.

As a note, turbo cars REQUIRE a full synthetic oil.
