my daughter's 95 altima meter(dash gauges and lights) fuse keeps blowing out, then alternator stops charging the battery, a mechanic said it could be a short in torque converter, but there is no tranny problem. are torque conveter and dash lights and gauges on the same electrical circuit? could it be a short in ignition switch?
