Need diagram of fuel system don't know how regulator goes or pressure line.No autozone does not have it.

Diagram where gauge is attached to shows the pressure hose from the fuel pump. At the other end of fuel rail would be the pressure regulator with a vacuum hose.

Does the Return line go to the Fuel Pressure Regulator and does the line from the pump go through the fuel filter to the inlet on the rail and not to the regulator.

Yes, you are correct. Pressure line is from the fuel filter and return line is attached to pressure regulator.
