try pulling the seat out, if not bolted in at abottom, then push back and up to take out rea bottom seat then get bbelts out an dput seat back in.

I tried. The like folds down Alan they are not coming back up. I took the seats out to see if there was a release button an everything

if you can now reach them and they still wont come up then the retracters are locked and you'llneed to replace them.
