95 eclipse manifold oil leak and low power

i bought this car with a bad manifold, but the guy failed to mention the oil leak. he gave me the car with no oil. so i went and bought oil and it leaked right through. the car runs fine for the most part but when the car comes to a stop or a red light, the car stops running and it needs to be powered back up. HELP ME PEOPLES THANKS [=

Where is the oil leaking from? That has to be fixed before anything else can be addressed. If you can't locate the leak, buy a leak detecting dye and borrow/rent a black light to see where the leak is. IT almost sounds like the oil plug is missing or loose.
