not wanting to turnover battery is good

My starter is good had it checked car is still not wanting to turnover battery is good do you think it could be a starter relay anyone have an idea now the car just will not start b/4 it would take a few times at most 5 mins to start now nothing.but napa auto parts tested the starter and they said its good battery is good

Check starter relay. When it doesn't turn, have a helper turn the key to the start position while you check for power to the smaller wire on the starter. If you get power, the starter has a dead spot. It could check good one time and bad the next.

thank you so very much i will do this,but can i ask you.people seem to think that the PCM was or is out but they have this little gold box be 4 the PCM it has 8 prongs @ bottom like a relay maybe it clicks a lot when trying to start i was told it tested bad but know one knows what this is i will inclose a pic do you have a idea

It is a fuel pump relay. Here is the replacement part's picture.

Still having problems with the 1995 Diamante when we go to start it makes clicking sound and engine is not getting fire.put new coil that didnt help.do you think it could be the computer? tried relays and many others..the car would take longer and longer to start then after 4 months nothing but the clicking and will not turn over no juice to engine cab has full juice just no fire any ideas ...thank you
