I have a 1995 Mitsubishi Diamante and my air conditoner and heater only blows when it wants to. When I crank up my car, it never works, but after about 20 or 30 minutes of driving, it cuts on and doesnt give me any more problems until I turn the car off and decide to drive again. What could be the problem??
