ON MY 1995 MERCURY VILLAGER, MY FUEL PUMP FUSE KEEPS BLOWING.

you need to find out if the pump is shorted. disconnect the pump and see if the fuse still blows. if it does, it is wiring, if it does not, then the pump has failed.
