Just recently my cars gears have been slipping at about 25-30 mph. Rpm gauge will climb 1000-2000 rpm, for a couple seconds than drop and the car will go back in gear. No check engine light or anything. Car drove fine yesterday with no shifting problems. Please give me advice on this. Trying not to get ripped off by a mechanic. Thanks-
