it's definitly engine oil, it has used engine oil but ps fluid is ok.

look at the front of the head, there is a cam sensor, check that and the valve cover gasket.

ok found the prob., oil press reg valve is sticking causing oil leak at t chain cover being thrown up to ps pump. ( oil filter looks pregnant)
