How do you change out a faulty ecu and put in another in a lexus es300 1994 model?

I need some step by step instructions how to do this. I bought a used one and need help installing it in my car please.

Lets just hope that it will work-disconnect the battery,remove the wiring connectors on the computer-replace it-hook battery back up-if you encounter problems -could be the computer is going thru a relearning process due to battery disconnection
