I have a 95 Jeep Wrangler Manual tranmission, 6 cylinders; recently had my drive shaft come off due to worn U- Joints, it broke the nose on the Transfer Case which was replaced, this morning - the jeep will not shift out of 2nd gear - could the driveshaft being thrown have damaged the Slave Cylinder?

I REALLY CAN'T SEE HOW THE D SHAFT BREAKING COULD DAMAGE THE SLAVE CYL.BUT IF IT SET FOR AWHILE THE SLAVE COULD HAVE LEAKED DOWN SOME . YOU CAN TRY BLEEDING THE SYSTEM AND SEE IF THIS HELPS
