the code is 23

Hi i have followed the steps on using a jumper wire to find my check trans code the code is 23 but i can't seem to find a code list for trans codes

The check trans light has been flashing i followed the steps and used a jumper wire to connect to the two port connection and i pull the code 23 for the check trans light not the check engine but i can't find out what code 23 is i can't find a code list
