fast knocking noise from engine

engine knocked before but when the oil was changed the knocking wasn't that bad. I changed the oil and now the knocking is faster and louder almost making it sound like a diesel engine

this cold be anything and is very hard to have us diagnose this. take it to apro , he can short out the cylinders and see if it's a internal or external problem.
