front driver side suspension problem

Just recently my front driver side tire came off due to loose lug nuts while i was on the freeway. Repair shop replace the rotor and brake pads and also did an alignment. Now a few days later when i am on the highway i feel a shaking and vibration coming from that same tire. My question is what would cause this wheel bearings gone bad from the impact of me loosing a wheel and hitting the concrete, tie rods, sway bar link kit. I already balanced the wheel and rotated them. Its not the brakes because when i brake it brakes smooth and doesn't***** to any side. any help would be much appreciated

First check if the lug nuts are still tight. Very often the studs aren't pulled all the way in and when they work their way in from normal driving that results in the nuts coming loose. When the studs have been replaced, it is standard practice to recheck the nuts after driving a few miles and again in about 100 miles.

If the holes in the wheel were chewed up, which most likely happened, the nuts will never remain tight. The friction surface that holds the nuts will be deformed. That will require a new wheel.

If the nuts are tight, head back to the shop for another inspection to see what is loose.
