Fuel pump on 1995 gmc jimmy not working?

If you have 12v to the pump and it is not functioning, then the pump is likely faulty and will need replacement.
Have you tried to jump the pump by applying 12V power to it? Just in case you have faulty wiring, this will be able to tell you that.

If there is not sufficient voltage to the pump it will not turn on. That could be due to bad wiring. Corrosion or a short can create this issue.
