how do I align the camshafts

I need to reinstall the camshafts in a 1995 geo prizm with 1.6 engine. How do I align the correctly? There are more than one mark on them so witch marks get aligned?

Hope you have inserted the service bolt hole with a pin.

I bought a 1999 geo prism with 1.6 head in trunk . I have head checked etc . . I got timing marks figured out now I think . My question is . . . What do I do about the " service bolt " that isn't in the gear when they took cams out ? What/ how is the proper way to reset the gear with the service bolt since it was not installed into gear
during disassembly ?
