Filled up car for first time sense purchase, in less than 5 miles over half the gas spewed out the neck smell gas fumes and gas blowing out the neck while driving 95 geo metro 86000 mi

The tank venting system is not working, the tank is pressurising and causing the fuel to come out, get the EVAC system checked over, i feel that the problem will be here. The pic shows the vacuum system details.
