Weird humming noise or vibrating noise

I had to change my fuel filter like a week ago my 95 ford thunderbird wasn't making this noise then. After I did so and started my car thats when i hear the noise and it is coming from under the car... can you tell me what's making that noise and why????

Based on what you described I would say it is a fuel pump noise. Changing the fuel filter may have made it more noticable because there is less resistance to the normal fuel flow.

take the fuel tank filler off and listen with a piece of hose to your ear and the other end a little way into the tank, run the engine, if you can hear that noise louder, it will be the fuel pump.
