My 95 t-bird just recently started to pull hard right and it has a wobble. if i have weight in the passenger side, turn left, or get 60 mph or above it stops. I've heard everything from alignment, busted belt, tire weight thrown off, and bad rotors. if anyone knows for sure what is causing this please let me know.

How can we tell over a computer? Sounds like you got some really good answers already. Now you're going to have investigate those. If you don't know what to look for, take the car to a tire and alignment specialty shop. They will inspect the tires, steering, and suspension systems. Ford has a lot more trouble with ball joints than most other brands, and you don't want to overlook one that is about to separate and cause a crash. What you're describing doesn't sound like a ball joint problem but a broken tire belt could be the cause and that will put added stress on the ball joints and steering linkage.
