1995 Ford F-350 Blend door motor

I have a 1995 350 club wagon and when on the vent mode it is hot for a while then becomes cold like ac is on So is it the control switch on the dash or what they call blend door motor

it may very well be check for a vacuum leak as these are run by vacuum. it can be the control hole in hose etc.
