where does the ground for the fuel pump lead too

Replaced the fuel filter and fuel pump. Pump is running but no gas pressure. wanted to make sure that the ground was getting good connection

if the pump is running it has a ground.

Check the fuel pressure with a gauge if its within specs though its new-start here
