passenger side cv joint. the intermediate shaft, does it have a 'key-way' to the splines? i changed the outer shaft and wheel-bearing, and within two months, the new bearing had shattered and blown out the back side of the knuckle. leaving the hub riding on half a race, and the outer cv cup. i've got a new knuckle, hub, bearing, cv, rotors for both sides, and brakes for both. but can't figure out why the cup was riding that far into the knuckle. it rode so far in that it wallered out the inside of the knuckle requiring replacement. i'm thinking perhaps i re-installed the intermed. shaft improperly??
