It should be on the firewall of the vehicle under the hood. It will be aprox where the clutch rod comes through the firewall.

I'm not sure what you are refering to. I attached a picture of what you are looking for. It will have a plastic resivour on it.

Use a rubber hose and place the fluid into a container that you can squeeze forcing the fluid into the reservoir.
