Transmission in DRIVE WILL NOT MOVE

I HAVE A 1995 ford bronco with 302 automatic it has a E4OD transmission !the only gears working are 1st ,2nd and reverse !when i put it in drive it will not move and it make's a bag of marble's sound ! OR GRAVELY CRUNCH NOISE I GUESS! and the pan was removed ..."AND when the pan was pulled off we found very fine metal in the pan! 3 months pryor to this the trans seal was changed!when i ask them they said all they did was change the seal they did not drop the tranny ??what is my problem pls and also do i have to change my torque converter also!or can it me flushed? or is that my problem.

Find out more by having it pressure tested this will indicate something internally is malfunctioning

1st and 2nd and reverse!sorry i dont understand your answerr ,still not telling me what is wrong thank you should i get a new transmission??to over hall this is 2000$ i can nto afford that but to replace it with another it would be only 500 for a USED!PLS HELP WHAT SHOULD I DO THE TRANSMISSION IS OUT OIF THE TRUCK NOW!

Sorry, I'm not into the guessing contest is to what exactly is wrong with it-the pressure tests can give a clue is to what's happening internally-with the problem right now -I suggest you just get another transmission
